Who we are
We do not share or sell your personal data. We sell flowers. We collect the minimum of personal data to serve you at your convenience.
– Shipping Policy –
We have a standard shipping time of 4 to 7 days as of time of receiving payment confirmation. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation by mail after we received payment confirmation. The confirmations will contain your order information, the data of the shipping carrier FedEx, UPS or USPS, DHL the tracking code and an estimated time of arrival. This is done by an automation of the third party logistic company Deliverr and the carriers FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL.
Order processing cut-off time is respective to the seller’s time zone PST. This is dictated by pick-up times given by the carriers.
Mon – Fri: 2:00 pm.
Sat – Sun: Shipping on weekends not required.
Official Holidays : Shipping not required.
At purchase you can opt for an expedited delivery with cost and estimated delivery time displayed. We offer the fast delivery options 1 Day, 2 Day or 3 Day depending on your location and proximity to the 3third party logistics warehouses nationwide. This is done by an automation of our third party logistic company Deliverr and the carriers FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. The subsequent tracking codes and estimated delivery times are delivered by these carriers and supplied to you in a confirmation email.
Estimated delivery times
We depend on the carriers FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS to uphold their policies on delivery and delivery times. The carriers generate their delivery times at your checkout on our checkout page at the moment of your purchase. Under special circumstances the carriers can defer from estimated delivery times.
– Return & Refund Policy –
We are in the business of serving you with a wonderful product and a long lasting experience. We pledge to do our utmost best to maintain the highest possible standards of service and courtesy. In the event you experience a problem or receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hour upon arrival of the product by email : email@example.com.
Please provide us with an order number, a short description of the problem, an image of the damaged product with the tracking code of the carrier displayed in the image.
In almost all cases and when damaged, we will send a replacement on our cost. In some cases, when reasonable, we will ask you to return the product. Standard returns are on the customers costs. We deviate from that policy when reasonable. The decision on the options to return or refund will be made with leniency between you and our customer care employee. We are here to help and to give you a wonderful experience with our flowers.

You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
